Cuba will open its borders on November 15th, thanks to the epidemiological control and its own effective vaccines against Covid19, and it will celebrate this event with a great party in gratitude to its scientists, health professionals, and many other men and women of various sectors that have contributed to that success.
Neither the intensified blockade of Washington, nor the threats of subversive actions financed from US territory, will be able to prevent the inhabitants of the largest of the Antilles from fulfilling their great desire to see again the streets full of friends and visitors from all continents.
Thousands of travelers will arrive in Cuba, on more than 400 weekly flights from that date, to enjoy its beautiful beaches, and learn about its culture and history.
The capital of the oldest archipelago of the Caribbean will also celebrate a new anniversary of its founding, and is already decked out for another edition of the Havana Biennial, the largest contemporary arts event in the country.
The N5th will also officially open the school year, although thousands of children and young people have been attending their schools for several days in different regions of the national territory.
The hospitable, supportive and smiling Cuba will gradually return to normality, and will be very aware, with various preventive measures, of the pandemic that still plagues many nations of the world.
Its weapons against Covid19 have been the drugs prepared by its experts and famous scientists, and a massive vaccination with Soberana02, Abdala and Soberana Plus, carried out by health workers, which will now include a booster dose to strengthen even more the immunity of its population.
Children, youth, adults and the elderly have received the vaccines, amid deficiencies caused by the economic, commercial and financial siege imposed by the current government of Washington on Cubans, and subversive plans that seek to overshadow the immense effort made by the Caribbean nation. to overthrow the pandemic.
The United States has made every effort to prevent Cuba from continuing to be an international example, as it has been once again in these times, by sending more doctors and their prestigious Henry Reeve Brigades, from White Coats, to confront Covid19 on the five continents.
However, Washington has not achieved its purpose and will never achieve it because there are millions of grateful people in the world who today show solidarity with the largest of the Antilles because they see in it the same lighthouse that lit humanity, when on January 1st, 1959 triumph the Revolution led by Fidel Castro.
The current Cuban president, Miguel Díaz-Canel, made it very clear a few days ago when he used a well-known popular saying in his expression: “nobody will spoil the party”, and believe it, it will be for sure.
