Banjul, June 20. – The resurgence of the blockade, the discrediting campaigns against the Cuban Medical Brigades (BMC), nor the continuous attacks by the United States against the largest of the Antilles do not matter.
We Cubans continue with firm and gigantic steps by the course that our history has traced for us, and Fidel Castro, the leader of the Revolution.
Making humanity and saving lives will always sustain our principles and values inherited from a land where goodness, altruism and solidarity germinate.
This Sunday we welcome with great pleasure the new collaborators who will continue the work begun by the BMC in The Gambia for more than 22 years.
Welcome to mother Africa. You have many lives to save and the Gambian people have a big heart to thank.
