Congratulations Gambia on the Independence Day

Banjul, Feb 18.- On February 18th, 1965, The Gambia achieved its independence from the United Kingdom and on April 24th, 1970, it became a Republic within the Commonwealth of Nations.

The Cuban Medical Brigade in the Gambia congratulates the Gambian people and its government for the Independence Day this February 18th, joining them in their struggle to raise health indicators, assisting the population with responsibility, professionalism and much love.

Together we will all achieve a healthy Africa and a much better world for all.

Long live the Independence Day of the Republic of the Gambia.
